It's already been a year since I removed my breast implants. I only had them for a little over a year and a half, but they were not right for my body from the beginning. I shared the initial why and what experiences I had in episodes 32 and 33 of the podcast, including what initial recovery was like.
In this episode I share about how I'm feeling a year after removal, what has improved and general advice for those who may be considering getting implants, or getting them removed. Overall, I'm mentally and physically RELIEVED they are out of my body.
